   Placement has nothing to do with it. Are we talking about a tiny heart or a piece that stretches from midback to the top of your ****? Is it all black, colored, or just an outline? Is there any shading? How detailed is it? Even if you gave us these details, no one here would be able to tell you exactly. Talk to your artist.
