Should I smack down someone for trashing my tribal tattoo?

Stringer Bell asked:

I have a tribal armband tattoo. I know, real original. However, I like it a lot and won’t try to justify why I got it to anyone. It seems like there’s a lot of people hatin’ on tribal tats. Should I blast the next jerk that feels the need to dis’ my tat, or would he not be worth the time of day?

frist off arm bands are gay, second off too many people have tribal tattoos, in my opinion they are ugly.

Hitting the person will just fuel the steroetype about people with tattoo…And if you have a showing tattoo, your going to get people looking and saying things..If you cant handle it then you should of put it a place people cant see it…Its free speech, people have the right to commeny on it,even tho they can be rude at times…i have gotten many rude comments and stares but it never stoped me getting them…

a lot of the general public dont understand why we get tattoos outside of it being a “fad”. i **** that its a fad. it is your personal expression of you. if you love it, and it means something to you, it doesnt matter what the rest of the world thinks. there are enough of us to understand and support you.

It’s not worth it because you will be “blasting” like 10 people a day. If you didn’t get a meaningless, generic tat, nobody would of “trashed” it in the first place.

    Sorry dude.

Everyone’s going to have different opinions in life. Get used to it.

You’ll do yourself a favor to learn to just ignore those who comment. In the heat of battle, silence is best.

Not worth your time, and immature. Maturity brings tolerance.

People are ********-*******’ I have some tribal art on my arm as well, and if anyone was to sit there and talk trash on it I would just ignore them,I think tribal is beautiful and it also isn’t that damned easy to get perfect especially free hand like mine is.

Tell them to go **** a **** and mind their own business they aren’t the ones with the tattoo.

Unfotunately there will always be people who will be critical of tattoos, even other inked ones. If you’re happy about your tribal armbandthan that should be the only criteria. Don’t worry about what others think, there will always be idiots out there.

Yeah I would not blast them, not worth it. But really, I know what you mean, why are there so many jerks who care what you do with your body? You should not have to justify your choices to anyone provided your not hurting anybody. I have several tattoos and some interesting piercings and people always seem to want to stick their nose in a judge me. They always ask what about my career?? I have a masters degree and am a flight nurse and a body piercer (part time)so really people- why **** on others. Never judge a book by it’s cover, there could be people like me with tattoos and piercings saving your life one day.

In my honest opinion, armband tattoo’s as with triabl tattoo’s have become too overplayed. So many people get them for their first tattoo’s that it is one of the most common.
If you want to get arrested to battery and assualt for something so miniscule as another’s opinion then go ahead.
